This page explains what personal data is collected on chronos14.art, why, and what rights you have over it. This site is run by Giuseppe Frangiamore (also known as Kimera), operating as an individual, not a company, offering marketing, photography, and writing work through this portfolio.

Who is responsible for your data

Giuseppe Frangiamore is the data controller for this site. You can reach out with any question at giuseppe.frangiamore14@gmail.com.

What data is collected

The only personal data collected directly through this site comes from the contact form, when you choose to fill it in. That includes:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The subject and message you write

No account, payment, or tracking information is collected anywhere else on the site.

Why it is collected

This data is used only to read your message and reply to you, whether that is about a photography assignment, a marketing project, a piece of writing, or a general inquiry. It is not used for anything beyond that conversation.

Legal basis

Data is processed on the basis of your consent, given when you tick the checkbox and submit the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by getting in touch and asking for your message and details to be deleted.

How long it is kept

Messages sent through the contact form are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation they relate to, and are removed afterwards unless there is a good reason to keep them longer, such as an ongoing project.

Who has access

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. It passes through the hosting and form infrastructure that runs this site (WordPress.com and the contact form plugin it uses) purely to deliver your message.

Your rights

If you are in the EU, the UK, or anywhere with similar protections, you have the right to:

• Ask what data is held about you
• Ask for it to be corrected if it is wrong
• Ask for it to be deleted
• Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise any of these, just write to giuseppe.frangiamore14@gmail.com.

Cookies

This site may use a small number of technical cookies needed for basic functionality (such as remembering your light or dark theme preference) and cookies set by the hosting platform (WordPress.com) itself. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are added intentionally.
